We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess service availability, prepare quotations, arrange requested assessments and installations, and provide project updates and after-sales support. Without the necessary contact or project details, we may be unable to provide a personalised quote or arrange a service.
Who may receive your information
Your enquiry is first handled by the Aussie Solar team. Where needed for your requested service, we may share relevant details with installers, electricians, designers, suppliers or warranty providers involved in your project. Website, email and other service providers may also handle information to support our operations. We limit sharing to what is needed for the relevant purpose, or as required or authorised by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, sell your enquiry as a lead, or give it to other businesses for unrelated advertising. Submitting a quote request is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are held in our business email and related business records. Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your request or deliver services. We retain information for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required.
Website and external services
